Do I need to know how to swim or dive?
No. This experience is ideal for beginners. You just need to feel comfortable in the water.

How long does the experience last?
It lasts approximately 6 hours.
Is the experience safe?
100%. We use certified equipment, comply with Mexico’s NOM-09 regulations, provide a safety briefing beforehand, and you’ll be accompanied by experts at all times.
What animals can I see during the safari?
Depending on the season and sea conditions, you may see dolphins, whales, turtles, mobulas, sea lions, and many other marine species.
Do I need prior snorkeling or diving experience?
No. Our instructor will provide all the necessary guidance and will be with you at all times. Entering the water is not mandatory.
Can I go alone or as a couple?
Of course. The tour requires a minimum of 3 people to operate. If you’re fewer, we’ll help match you with another group.
What should I bring?
Just your swimsuit, towel, hat, sunglasses, biodegradable sunscreen, and a light jacket. We’ll provide the rest of the equipment.
Is the tour suitable for children?
Yes, as long as they are accompanied by an adult and feel comfortable in the water. We recommend it for ages 6 and up.
What happens if the weather doesn’t allow the tour to run?
If conditions are not safe, we’ll reschedule at no extra cost.
Are there any physical or medical restrictions?
If you have any significant medical conditions, please consult your doctor beforehand. Snorkeling requires a good general level of physical fitness.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance, especially during high season, as spots are limited.
Do you protect biodiversity?
Yes, we are 100% committed to protecting the marine environment and Mexico’s oceans. We are certified under NOM-09 regulations, and a marine biologist joins us on each tour.
