Had two great dives with Rodrigo on my recent vacation. I’m a newer diver and he helped me feel confident and prepared. We got to see so many fish, a sea turtle, hear whales sing and see the giant tornado of jacks! It was awesome! Definitely would dive with this company again!

I took my open water certification course with Rodrigo of Dive Nagual.  Rodrigo was an excellently teacher.  Clearly very knowledgeable, skilled, good at conveying the information and making it fun.  I felt very safe in learning to dive and on the open water portions of the course Rodrigo was excellent at pointing out the interesting things to see and hear.  We saw so much! Outstanding Dive Experience! Before heading out on a Liveaboard to Socorro, we decided to add Cabo Pulmo to our trip.  We really wanted to see the bull sharks, So we booked extra days with Nagual Cabo Pulmo. I did a ton of research and this Dive Shop is by far the best!! From start to finish, Nagual Cabo pulmo dive shop exceeded every expectation.  Every single person we met was professional ,friendly, and genuinely passionate about diving and ocean conservation. Nagual kept  us updated of weather conditions and dive times. Maria and Nagual are incredibly knowledgeable and safety-focused. Our main goal was to see the bulls sharks but we were blown away with the diving conditions. Every briefing was clear and thorough. Underwater,  Maria an amazing eye for marine life And pointed out everything to us. The boat was clean, organized, and comfortable, with everything running smoothly and on schedule. You can really tell this shop is run by people who care deeply about quality and their divers’ experience. You can tell they love the Ocean and love their jobs. What truly sets this dive shop apart is the personal touch. They take the time to get to know you, your experience level, and what you want out of your dives. It never felt rushed or “touristy” — just relaxed, fun, and unforgettable. If you’re looking for a dive shop that combines professionalism, safety, fun, and a genuine love for the ocean, look no further. I would definitely suggest booking extra days to see the bull sharks since it is on a lottery basis. I highly recommend them to anyone visiting the area. Amazing experience overall. Rodrigo and Maria were professional, calm, and clearly prioritized safety the entire time, which made the dives really enjoyable. Out the 5 years that I have had my diving license,  Cabo Pulmo was undoubtedly the best diving experience I have ever had not only because of the fantastic marine life and destination, but also because of the guidance Rodrigo provided. Rodrigo and Maria were amazing! They took us to all the best spots and made sure we were safe and comfortable at all times. All equipment was prepared for us so we didn’t need to stress about anything. Diving with them was super fun and easy!
